Amazon is striving to be Earth's Best Employer and is seeking a customer-focused HR Administrator for their Central Time Keeping Support team. The role involves handling incoming requests, maintaining HR data, and processing inquiries while ensuring high customer satisfaction and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and checking data in our time recording systems, such as reasons for absence or time-offs only for employees working in Germany
  • Processing, checking and maintaining all personal and billing-related data in our human resources information systems
  • Preparation and timely provision of data for further processing by the locations' HR support teams
  • Creation, tracking and control of evaluations and statistics
  • Processing inquiries from employees, managers and HR departments
  • Active participation in projects to continuously improve existing processes or individual process steps

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • Experience with HR processes and systems
  • Experience working with time-tracking/resource management tools
  • Experience operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets, or experience in development or technical support
