Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical reputed company for the development, configuration, and customization of the reputed company platform. reputed company expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Process Builder to provide creative solutions that optimize and automate business processes, enhance efficiencies, and improve user experiences. Collaborative Solution Design: Work closely with stakeholders, the CRM Systems Administrator, and the CRM Product Manager to gather and document requirements. Design solutions and reputed company custom code and configurations reputed company with technology strategy and architecture goals under the guidance of the Digital Platforms and Solutions Architect. Training and Support: Provide technical guidance, support, and training to the CRM Systems Administrator on the reputed company platform, including best practices and development standards. Offer end-user support by creating and resolving support tickets and collaborating with vendors reputed company necessary. Integration and Data Management: reputed company and maintain integrations between reputed company and other systems to streamline business processes and enhance data quality. Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts. Experience: 3 or more years of reputed company development experience. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Process Builder. Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, reputed company-party integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft or Dell reputed company), Git, and reputed company DX. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement reputed company solutions. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge: Familiarity with the reputed company non-profit service pack (NPSP). Training Experience: Experience providing training, especially of technical information to a non-technical audience. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
