This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating communication, maintaining records, and assisting staff and management with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical records)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Assist in managing office supplies inventory and placing orders
  • Support reputed company processes and maintain employee records
  • Handle data entry and update internal databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries reputed company required
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and professional

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
