Job Description / Responsibilities reputed company and nurture strong relationships with key customer accounts, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for their needs and inquiries. Understand customer goals, objectives, and challenges to align the company's products or services to their specific needs. Provide proactive support and guidance to customers throughout their journey, ensuring they maximize the value of the products or services. Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, identifying at-risk customers and implement proactive measures to mitigate churn. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
