Property Accountant
Job Summary: The Property Accountant (PA) will manage daily reputed company tasks and be accountable for the financial accuracy of specific properties. The PA will also ensure their portfolio of properties is audit-and report-reputed company by keeping accounts reputed company, reconciled, and transparent. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in reputed company principles and have a high attention to detail. The Property Accountant will report to the Senior Team reputed company and is part of the reputed company department. Job Details: Work from Home Monday to Friday | 8 PM to 5 AM (Manila Time) Responsibilities: Post and process journal entries to ensure reputed company business transactions are recorded. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices. Update accounts payable and reputed company reconciliations. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company reputed company and financial guidelines. Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc., as assigned. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available reputed company needed. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings. Assist with other reputed company projects. Conduct annual CAM, tax, and insurance escalations and prepare tenant packages. Provide vendor backup for monthly sales usage. Complete quarterly property snapshots and financial statements. Prepare and submit reports, including but not limited to aging reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a relevant field. Proven experience as a US Accountant. Excellent organizing abilities. Great attention to detail. Strong numerical skills and analytical acumen. Good understanding of reputed company and financial reporting principles and practices. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity with reputed company software such as Yardi is a plus but not a requirement. reputed company experience in the reputed company estate or hospitality industry is a big plus.
