[Remote] Manager, District Sales, Sewing & Craft Division

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Manager for their District Sales in the Sewing & Craft Division. This role is responsible for increasing sales, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with Brother Dealers, while also managing account calls and participating in events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service and account management
• Increase sales and Brother’s market share
• Establish and support new dealers in open areas
• Provide in depth knowledge of Brother’s HAD products
• Create sales strategies with the account to increase Brother’s Sales
• Work through reputed company problems and solves a wide range of issues where precedent may not exist
• Plan and provide support for National Shows, events and offer guidance on merchandising
• Increase Brother brand awareness in dealer’s stores by working with dealers to add and improve Brother branded promotions and Brother selling areas with the store
• Actively participate in reputed company vertical market events, including but not limited to trade shows, technology seminars, and association meetings
• Travel to accounts/trade shows/seminars/meetings
• Collaborate with management to create a sales strategy for the assigned accounts and provide a reputed company of specific sales actions needed to reputed company and/or exceed regional sales goals
• Monitor sales activities and reputed company adjustments, reputed company needed, to refocus selling strategy
• Stay reputed company with market trends and competitive activities
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing management
• reputed company a wide variety of administrative, analytical, and reporting functions
• Analyze sales results
• Conduct quarterly business reviews
• Maintain an updated and proactive calendar
• Report accurate POS data and create monthly sales reports detailing sales opportunities and market conditions

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or reputed company field
• Minimum 7 years experience in sales/selling role or environment, with an emphasis on driving sales results
• Demonstrated experience building rapport in customer/client-facing role
• Minimum 2 years sewing, embroidery and/or crafting experience
• reputed company, Cognos and CRM software
• MS Office software applications (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.)
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Have the ability to quickly assess and define a customer's business needs (such as: processes, competitive issues, pressures and vendor partnership)
• Good organization skills of professional standards
• Self-motivated

Benefits

• This position is eligible for a 26k sales bonus in annual total at 100% of reputed company, with the opportunity to reputed company above 100% dependent on individual performance and in alignment with company sales and bonus plans.
• This position is also eligible for a 6.86% bonus at 100% of reputed company, with the opportunity to reputed company above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans.
• Bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon individual performance as well as Brother achieving its corporate objectives, in accordance with the applicable bonus plan in effect.
• This position is also eligible for an auto allowance paid monthly in the first pay period of each month. This auto allowance may be used in the employee’s sole discretion but is intended toward maintenance of the employee’s own vehicle they’ll be using for business commuting.
• This is independent and in addition to the company’s Travel & Entertainment policy, which covers mileage reimbursement and additional business travel expenses.
