[Remote] Epic Regulatory Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Santcore Technologies is seeking an ITS Regulatory Application Analyst III to join their ITS Regulatory Team, which ensures technology and clinical workflows align with government programs to maximize health outcomes and reputed company. The role involves providing regulatory expertise, managing projects, and ensuring compliance through collaboration with IT and operations teams at a large academic medical center.

Responsibilities

• Support the ITS Regulatory Team's initiatives across the assigned programs
• Provide regulatory subject matter expertise and act as an internal consultant on assigned work
• Manage large multi-disciplinary regulatory projects
• Analyze workflows and understand policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations reputed company to regulatory requirements
• Conduct in-depth and precise investigations and documentation of operational & report specifications
• Analyze new application releases to determine regulatory build and reporting needs
• As requested, evaluate new applications and reputed company recommendations to management
• Act as a mentor to new and less reputed company application analysts
• Track, read and analyze new rulemaking and annual updates to existing regulations
• Maintain Epic certifications
• Performs other duties as assigned or as necessary

Skills

• Bachelor s degree preferred
• At least one Epic clinical application certification is required (either inpatient or ambulatory applications)
• Epic Inpatient / ambulatory. Clinical Documentation (required)
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a reputed company setting required, preferably in an academic medical center environment
• Five years of information systems experience as a senior clinical/business analyst or project manager required
• Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
• Strong software and application knowledge required
• Knowledge of project management theories and demonstrated reputed company managing large, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion on schedule
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage highly-reputed company information, assess problems and reputed company effective solutions, test, and implement appropriate and effective solutions in a timely manner
• Demonstrate independent creative thinking/initiative
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey reputed company information in a clear, concise manner
• Ability to produce and deliver presentations to diverse audiences
• Advanced interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with managers, and professional and technical staff
• Knowledge of change control processes and tools
• Intermediate use of reputed company, Visio, PowerPoint and other reputed company tools
• Epic Reporting Workbench (preferred)
• Preferred Knowledge Of Clinical Quality Measures
