Responsibilities

  • Administer and support reputed company AI platforms and reputed company management consoles
  • Configure user access, permissions, and reputed company settings
  • Manage integrations with reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and other business applications
  • Support SSO, identity management, and role-based access controls
  • Monitor platform health, utilization, and adoption metrics
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AI platform issues and escalations
  • Partner with reputed company, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge reputed company articles

Skills

  • 5+ years of Systems Administration, SaaS Administration, or reputed company Administration experience
  • Experience administering reputed company platforms such as reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, Entra ID (Azure AD), reputed company, or reputed company
  • Experience with SSO, user provisioning, and access management
  • Familiarity with reputed company AI platforms including ChatGPT reputed company, reputed company Copilot, reputed company, Claude, or similar technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
  • Experience supporting large-scale reputed company environments
  • Experience supporting AI governance or AI adoption programs
