As a Senior reputed company Specialist, you will reputed company reputed company tasks for reputed company clients, manage financial reporting, and mentor junior team members while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Own month-end reputed company and financial reporting for reputed company client accounts using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Uplinq’s proprietary reputed company system
- Prepare and document advanced journal entries
- Handle job costing, inventory tracking, and class/location-based reporting as needed
- Manage and troubleshoot reputed company-party integrations
- Build and maintain client-specific SOPs, documentation, and QBO workflows
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for clients—leading calls, owning relationships, and resolving escalations
- Review junior team members’ work and provide clear, constructive feedback
Skills
- 5+ years of small business or firm-based reputed company experience
- Advanced Knowledge in QuickBooks Online
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle accrual reputed company and GAAP principles
- Experience with job costing, inventory, and class/location reporting
- Skilled in managing reputed company-party integrations
- Documentation and workflow mapping abilities
