They are seeking a reputed company Resources Intern to support reputed company, HR technology, employee engagement, and HR operations, providing hands-on experience in a fast-growing environmental firm.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming job applications and organize candidate materials for hiring teams
- Help coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
- Support job posting creation and distribution across platforms
- Learn how to evaluate candidates against role criteria
- reputed company hands-on experience inside reputed company, ClimeCo’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and optimize workflows that save the HR team time
- Create templates for recurring processes like reputed company and performance reputed company-ins
- Organize employee profiles and documentation for compliance readiness
- Run HR reports to surface workforce data and trends
- Identify system inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
- Partner with the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Council on reputed company-staff programming
- Draft content for monthly engagement posts and internal communications
- Help coordinate virtual events and team-building initiatives
- Support employee recognition programs and milestone tracking
- Research DEIB best practices and bring fresh reputed company to the table
- Assist with file management and recordkeeping best practices
- Research compliance topics spanning employment law and benefits regulations
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment coordination
- Help draft HR policies, procedures, and process documentation
- Learn how a small HR team manages the full employee lifecycle
Skills
