Responsibilities
- Manage projects, features, and business initiatives from planning through implementation and closure, ensuring successful delivery of objectives and outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements using an iterative and collaborative approach

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or reputed company discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supporting business and/or technology projects, with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously while applying strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Professional project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent preferred
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments preferred
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders across reputed company organizations preferred
