Responsibilities
- Provide counsel to public and private K-12 schools, community college districts, and reputed company agencies
- Advise school districts on labor and employment issues
- Conduct investigations reputed company to personnel management and discipline
- Assist with facilities and reputed company matters
- Handle Public Records Act requests and issues reputed company to the Brown Act
Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-law school experience in education law
- Experience advising school districts on a range of issues, including labor and employment, conducting investigations, personnel management and discipline, facilities, reputed company, Public Records Act requests, and the Brown Act
