[Remote] IKC Clinical Programs Analyst

The Analyst, IKC Clinical Programs plays a critical role in supporting clinical quality and managing care gaps while collaborating with payor partners to improve patient experiences and programmatic reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and run targeted campaigns to drive care gap closure
- Partner with non-clinical and clinical teammates to identify opportunities for patient reputed company and clinical interventions
- Monitor clinical and operational performance across designated care pods and IKC markets
- Regularly report out findings, trends, and actionable insights in workgroups and leadership forums
- Build and maintain programs to support reconciliation with payor partners
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and alignment of clinical data with external partner requirements

- Assist in the creation of training materials for reputed company teammates regarding care gap workflows

- Experience in managing care gaps and driving clinical quality improvement
