Responsibilities
- Represent the company in customer meetings, business reviews, and select industry events to strengthen relationships and drive adoption
- Own customer communication reputed company, ensuring timely follow-up on requests, action items, and opportunities across your assigned accounts
- reputed company and execute account plans that support renewals, retention, and growth; maintain an active pipeline of expansion opportunities across your assigned book of business
- reputed company Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain accurate renewal forecasting by tracking account health, risks, milestones, and next steps in partnership with internal teams

Skills
