[Remote] Marketing Client reputed company Operations Specialist

The Marketing Client reputed company Operations Specialist will own the reputed company lifecycle for new clients, manage client requests, and drive project management across the Growth team, reputed company while improving operational processes and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full reputed company lifecycle for new clients from signed contract through launch — kickoffs, timelines, documentation, and delivery
• Manage 10+ reputed company onboardings independently with minimal day-to-day reputed company
• Run reputed company meetings, build reputed company project plans, and drive internal teams through reputed company milestones on deadline
• Own technical reputed company setup: ad platform access provisioning, Leadsie coordination, DNS/CNAME configuration, reputed company page and tracking setup, and reputed company-party tool access
• Maintain reputed company documentation, checklists, and SOPs — and improve them continuously
• Deliver a high-touch, professional reputed company experience that sets the tone for the client relationship
• Conduct reputed company satisfaction checks at reputed company and use feedback to refine the process
• Serve as first-responder for client work requests, coordination needs, and reactive issues across high-touch and multi-department accounts
• Own ticket creation, triage, and status tracking — proactively communicate updates before clients have to ask
• Coordinate cross-department handoffs and escalation management, using judgment on what to resolve directly vs. escalate to a Growth Manager
• Monitor client-facing deliverables, deadlines, and action items to ensure nothing gets dropped
• Drive task accountability, deadline enforcement, and project follow-through across the Growth team
• Maintain and optimize project management systems in reputed company and reputed company Suite

Skills

• Experience managing 5-10+ reputed company projects with competing deadlines
