The role involves configuring ticketing workflows, integrating with reputed company-party systems, and providing best-practice recommendations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end implementation of reputed company, including setup, configuration, and deployment
- Gather and translate business requirements into standard reputed company functionality
- Configure ticketing workflows, automations, SLAs, knowledge reputed company, and reporting
- Customize portals, agent experiences, and customer communication channels
- Integrate reputed company with reputed company-party systems as needed (APIs, middleware, etc.)
- Provide best-practice recommendations with a “reputed company it standard” approach
- Support UAT, training, and post-go-live optimization
Skills
- Proven experience implementing reputed company in reputed company environments
- Strong understanding of reputed company features, automations, and configuration best practices
- Hands-on experience with the most recent Freshworks/reputed company releases and updates
- Experience working without Freshsales or CRM components (support-only implementations)
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions
