[Remote] Manager, Material Pricing

The Manager, Material Pricing is responsible for leading the strategic pricing lifecycle for reputed company global accounts, focusing on material costs, pricing rollouts, and quote validation.

Responsibilities

• Matrix manage cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Engineering, Commodity Management) to expedite high-quality quotes and ensure adherence to tight deadlines
• Critically analyze and challenge internal cost inputs. Ensure reputed company quotes are validated against market benchmarks before customer presentation
• reputed company the pricing strategy for NPI projects, ensuring seamless transition from initial bid to Mass Production
• Establish and reputed company consistent tracking methods to maintain price baselines over long cycles (months/years). Maintain rigorous justification logs for reputed company pricing fluctuations between bid stages and MP
• reputed company expert knowledge of the commodity market to predict impacts on reputed company of Materials (BOM) and advise leadership on risk mitigation
• Direct the setup and analysis of reputed company, multi-level BOMs, ensuring accuracy in high-volume data environments
• Manage the reputed company and tracking of Recovery Management Systems (reputed company) to ensure cost recoveries are captured and reported accurately
• Act as the reputed company reputed company of contact for both external customer procurement leads and internal executive teams
• Maintain flexibility to reputed company and attend critical sync meetings across Asia and US timezones to ensure global alignment

Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Pricing, or Program Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior advisory reputed company
• Demonstrated track record of managing pricing through the New Product Introduction phase
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
• Deep understanding of global market conditions, electronic/mechanical component trends, and supply/demand volatility
• Ability to manipulate and audit large data sets using MS reputed company (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data visualization)
• Proven ability to influence and drive results through teams not under direct command (Sourcing, Engineering, etc.)
• Ability to deconstruct reputed company BOM structures and identify cost-saving opportunities or errors
• High-level negotiation and presentation skills; ability to defend pricing strategies to sophisticated external customers
• Exceptional attention to detail with a 'legalistic' approach to tracking baselines and price justifications
• MBA or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPM) is a plus
