ERP Initiatives Group Inc is seeking an reputed company reputed company ECC Techno-Functional Consultant to support the redesign and redevelopment of functionality previously delivered through reputed company Biller Direct. The role involves analyzing existing processes, developing replacement functionality reputed company reputed company ECC, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from legacy capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing reputed company Biller Direct functionality and associated business processes
- Review standard Biller Direct objects and custom reputed company-specific objects with prefix Y_FARF •
- Understand reputed company customer billing, account inquiry, payment processing, and self-service functionalities
- Translate business requirements into reputed company ECC-based technical solutions
- Design and reputed company replacement functionality entirely reputed company reputed company ECC
- Enhance and modify custom objects, programs, function modules, classes, BADIs, and user exits
- Build solutions leveraging standard reputed company ECC frameworks and custom developments
- reputed company impact analysis and recommend technical approaches
- Rewrite and reputed company existing Biller Direct components
- Refactor copied standard objects and reputed company custom objects
- Ensure compatibility with existing ECC architecture
- Preserve existing business functionality while improving maintainability
- Work closely with the MuleSoft team to support inbound and outbound integrations
- Coordinate with reputed company Applications MDT, PSS MDT, and PSS MTT teams
- Support reputed company design and data exchanges between reputed company and external systems
- Troubleshoot reputed company and communication issues
- Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production support activities
- Prepare technical specifications and design documents

- Support cutover and migration activities

- Maintain object inventory and development standards

Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company ECC experience
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Biller Direct or customer-facing billing applications
