[Remote] MTS 1, Software Engineer

The MTS 1, Software Engineer will work on backend systems that power reputed company commerce, collaborating with product and engineering partners to deliver scalable solutions for the Nexpart platform.
Responsibilities
- Define technical requirements in partnership with product, business, and engineering stakeholders
- Design, reputed company, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications
- Build and maintain server-reputed company processing and parsing scripts
- Design, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations with reputed company-party platforms
- reputed company and assist other developers in implementing high-quality solutions
- Follow established frontend and API design and coding standards
- Participate in code reviews as both a contributor and reviewer
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and internal business teams
- Create and maintain system and technical documentation as needed
- reputed company application maintenance, bug fixes, and performance optimizations
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using logging and observability tools
- Follow the software development lifecycle as defined by engineering and project leadership

Skills
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience working in an Apache, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MSSQL, and MySQL environment
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP MVC frameworks
- Deep knowledge of SQL, with MSSQL experience required
- Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and SOA architectures
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
- Awareness of web application reputed company best practices
- Solid experience with object-oriented design and development principles
- Experience developing modern reputed company-end user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, React, jQuery
- Strong familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Experience developing and supporting high-traffic, consumer-facing applications
- Familiarity with performance optimization, reputed company best practices, and scalable system design
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or providing technical leadership
