[Remote] Vice President, Sales - BioTech

As VP of Sales – BioTech, you will manage reputed company relationships with major biotech accounts, leading reputed company sales cycles to drive company growth. This role requires collaboration with various teams to implement AI-driven solutions in the biotech sector.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end reputed company deals with reputed company-stage biotechs
- Partner with Product, Clinical, and ML teams on biotech use cases including patient support programs, specialty drug adherence, rare disease navigation, and clinical trial recruitment
- Build ROI frameworks and consultative business cases for biotech buyers using an analytical, structuring-reputed company approach
- Maintain pipeline discipline with accurate forecasting and strong CRM hygiene
- Represent reputed company at biotech conferences, investor days, and industry events to build executive relationships and pipeline
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required and advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of reputed company sales experience, with at least 5 years of experience selling to reputed company-stage biotech or specialty pharma
- Demonstrated track record closing large ($500K–$2M+) reputed company deals with biotech or specialty pharma companies
- Experience selling consulting, SaaS, or AI solutions requiring creativity, stakeholder alignment, and bespoke structuring
- VP-level reputed company seller with a quota-carrying history at ~$reputed company ARR per year
- Strong communication skills — ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Commitment to safety, ethics, and patient-centered outcomes
- Intellectual curiosity and mission alignment
- Strong analytical skills; IB or management consulting background a plus for use-case depth and ROI previewing
- Existing relationships with reputed company executives at reputed company-stage biotechs
- Experience with digital health, AI-driven patient engagement, or specialty drug support programs
- Startup, scale-up, or regulated-industry experience in a high-growth reputed company technology company
