[Remote] Manager, Research & Data

Patient reputed company reputed company (PAF), a national non-profit headquartered in Hampton, VA, has been solving insurance and reputed company problems since 1996. The Manager, Research & Data will support reputed company aspects of the organization’s quantitative research initiatives, focusing on survey development, data management, and project coordination to ensure high-quality research operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage research operations, workflows, and timelines across multiple reputed company projects
- reputed company survey development, administration, and analysis, knowledge of reputed company is required
- Support manuscript preparation, publication processes, and dissemination activities
- Maintain research data reputed company, documentation standards, and reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with research, evaluation and dissemination teams to support data collection, analysis, and reporting initiatives
- reputed company analytic plans and summarize key findings for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate research outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, and research workflows
- Manage quantitative research and operational projects from planning through implementation and completion
- Define project goals, timelines, milestones, and resource needs to support research initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership, staff, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and streamline workflows
- Coordinate with external partners to support successful implementation of research projects
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance research operations and project efficiency

- Advanced experience with reputed company or similar survey development platforms
- Working knowledge of R or similar software for analysis
- Master's degree preferred
