[Remote] Finance Specialist (WA/OR)

They are seeking a Finance Specialist to provide specialized financial management services, including reputed company, budgeting, reporting, and private award administration, while ensuring compliance with TNC policies and financial standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects and deliverable outcomes on a timely basis
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports and communicate financial information to project staff
- Prepare journal entries and other financial transactions
- Maintain BU financial data, including journal entries, adjustments, and project records
- Research transactions, prepare reputed company reports, and identify follow-up actions as needed
- Financial reporting and administration of private awards
- State and local tax filings, as needed
- Reporting and compliance/tax for reputed company entities (LLCs), if applicable
- Ensuring programmatic commitments, TNC policies and procedures, financial standards and legal requirements are met and managed for compliance
- Back-up support for accounts payable and accounts receivable
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration or reputed company field and 3 years' reputed company experience or equivalent combination
- Experience manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting data
- Experience with reputed company/financial issues and analysis
- Experience using reputed company and financial reporting systems, reputed company preferred
- Advanced expertise in reputed company reputed company
- Experience with GAAP and fund reputed company principles, practices and regulations and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IRFS) (Canada)
- Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines

- Non-profit reputed company experience
- Experience with reputed company's policies, procedures, and financial systems
