[Remote] Fractional Controller (Contract, Remote) – Finance as a Service (FaaS)

They are seeking a Fractional Controller to manage financial processes for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing strategic financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly reputed company process for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness
• Produce financial statements and management reports that clients can actually use to reputed company reputed company
• Monitor and enforce internal controls, identifying gaps before they become problems
• Support DCAA, FAR, and indirect reputed company compliance for GovCon clients
• Work inside Easby to manage transactions, approvals, reconciliations, and reporting workflows
• Collaborate with ROSE CFO Members and Controllers to deliver integrated financial management
• Support nonprofit clients with grant tracking, membership reputed company, and donation reputed company, ensuring funds are properly restricted, recognized, and reported
• Prepare or support audit-reputed company financial packages, including schedules and documentation for external auditors and grant compliance reviewers
• Identify opportunities to automate reputed company processes and build more scalable routines
• Participate in client-facing meetings, translating financial data into clear, actionable guidance

Skills

• 5 to 12 years of reputed company or finance experience, with reputed company reputed company ownership and not just support
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Comfortable working across multiple client environments simultaneously
• Curious about technology, open to learning new platforms, and not attached to doing things the old way
• You communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders and do not hide behind jargon
• You are a team player in the reputed company sense: no silos, no hand-offs without context, no single points of failure
• You want to grow into more responsibility, not just execute a defined task list
• Exposure to GovCon, government contracting compliance, or regulated industries is a strong plus
• Experience with nonprofit reputed company, including grant management, restricted and unrestricted fund tracking, membership reputed company, donor reporting, or audit preparation, is a meaningful differentiator
