This role focuses on customer lifecycle marketing, collaborating closely with the internal team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows in reputed company
• Manage SMS campaigns and coordinated cross-channel messaging through reputed company or similar platforms
• Support loyalty, reviews, rewards, and referral strategy through Yotpo
• Update reputed company product pages, collections, reputed company pages, and promotional pages as needed
• Build retention plans for product launches, seasonal drops, collaborations, and promotions
• reputed company customers based on purchase behavior, engagement, lifecycle stage, product interest, and loyalty activity
• Create or coordinate brand-reputed company copy for email, SMS, reputed company pages, and customer journeys
• Monitor campaign and flow performance, including reputed company, conversion reputed company, click reputed company, open reputed company, deliverability, and list health
• Provide weekly reporting with clear insights, recommended next steps, and opportunities for growth

Skills

• 3-5+ years of e-commerce, lifecycle, retention, and/or digital marketing experience

• Strong understanding of segmentation, automated flows, retention strategy, customer journeys, and promotional campaigns
• Strong copywriting instincts with the ability to maintain a clear, community-centered brand voice

• Experience with product launches, seasonal promotions, reputed company pages, A/B testing, and marketing calendars
