We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in phone screening candidates applying as an HHA (Home Health Aide) for our NJ locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Customer Service Representative will be managing high volume calls, phone screening HHA's for job placement, and other administrative duties such as data-entry, and follow reputed company to support staffing and managers, while delivering exceptional customer service assistance.
