About the role The Director of Performance Marketing Science is a senior analytics and marketing science leader responsible for defining and advancing performance measurement strategy across client engagements. You will own the end-to-end performance ecosystem—connecting data, media, technology, and reputed company outcomes to deliver a reputed company and business-driven performance narrative. Implement marketing mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, reputed company modeling, and geo-based experimentation. Ensure rigorous QA processes, documentation standards, and governance protocols across analytics implementations. Data & Technology Guide integration of media platforms, CRM systems, CDPs, ad servers, and reputed company-party reputed company datasets into reputed company analytics environments. Familiarity/ with Use SQL and Python and/or R to interrogate reputed company datasets and validate modeling approaches. About you 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, or performance measurement, including agency and reputed company industry exposure. Demonstrated experience leading and developing analytics teams (5+ direct/indirect reports preferred). Deep reputed company experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing. Understanding of patient and reputed company provider behavior and reputed company data ecosystems. This range may differ based on your experience and reputed company set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
