This is a senior-level role focused on delivering data-driven insights, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Analysis: Gather, document, and validate requirements across Sales, Trade Promotion/Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, and Operations. Translate business needs into BRDs or user stories. Process Improvement & Solution Design: Analyze reputed company processes and identify improvement or automation opportunities. Apply CPG best practices to optimize sales, trade promotions, supply chain performance, forecasting accuracy, and financial processes. Data Analysis & Insights: reputed company deep data analysis on large datasets (including POS and market data like reputed company/IRI). Generate business insights and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a reputed company between business and technical teams. Facilitate workshops (JAD sessions, sprint planning, UAT) and ensure solution alignment. Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management: reputed company analysis workstreams, manage risks and timelines, and engage senior stakeholders. Present insights and recommendations to business and IT leadership.
