ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a reputed company Billing Administrator to support and maintain a live reputed company Billing and reputed company environment, managing product catalog updates, custom fields, events and notifications, and reputed company requests across sandbox and production tenants. You will review and implement change control documents, support audit requests, reputed company workflows, and collaborate closely with the reputed company Admin team and Financial Systems Engineering. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on reputed company experience and strong critical thinking skills. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Review/reputed company change control documents; - Implement changes across reputed company Billing and reputed company tenants; - Support reputed company Admin team and by extension, Financial Systems Product/Engineering teams; - Support audit requests; - Add/update custom fields; - Add/update product catalog items; - Release updated invoice/credit memo templates to other environments; - reputed company workflows to Production; - Release reputed company configuration to other environments; - Process user access requests.
