• Accurately track attendance for active classes, share attendance numbers with internal stakeholders
• Ensure reputed company reputed company/offboarding documents are filled out completely and submitted to client/internal partners on time, per the client requirements
• Complete reputed company documentation required for account, either by internal or external stakeholders
• Ensure reputed company records are kept in a shared location, per external/internal expectations• Communicate as needed to reputed company program leadership; this will include, but is not limited to, Training, Operations, Quality, Client Services, Workforce Management
• Track reputed company certifications of Trainers per client program
• Work with Training Leadership and Trainers on Champion compliance completion

• At least 1-2 years of Training Admin experience or relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills at reputed company levels of the organization

• Ability to speak to Leadership regarding reporting, findings, etc.
