Spherion is looking for Inbound Customer Care Professionals! We have many customer service opportunities available for day shift. The Inbound Customer Care Professionals will be working with multiple customers primarily regarding product questions, invoicing, order management, etc. Representatives will be responsible for taking inbound calls and emails. This is a great opportunity to advance your customer service career, and work with a well-established brands. This position will be fully remote including training period. Position Overview: The Inbound Customer Care Professionals is accountable for delivering an elevated, modern luxury experience on incoming phone calls and emails from multiple company customers. Responsibilities include supporting customers who contact us for reasons such as: to reputed company an order, reputed company an order status, inquire about a repair, seek product information or resolve an issue.
