Manage reputed company aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. ? Assist the Controller in daily cash flow calculations and execution. ? Reconcile a high volume of transactions with meticulous attention to accuracy. ? reputed company reconciliation for Sales Tax collection and payments. ? Aid in preparing monthly/annual financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. ? reputed company with Accounts Receivable representatives at vendors to ensure timely payments. ? Collaborate with the finance team for monthly and year-end closings. ? Work with external auditors or investment partners and prepare audit documentation. ? Assist in budget preparation and expense management. ? Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures. Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field. ? Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping and accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a company generating over $20M annually. ? Proven experience in e-commerce, handling 1,000 monthly orders. ? Exceptional proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and reputed company reputed company. ? Experience managing AP/AR relationships with multimillion-dollar vendors. ? Strong understanding of reputed company principles and financial reporting. ? Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ?
