Where is the work: Virtual What's in it for you: As an Environmental Health and Safety Systems Coordinator you would play a pivotal role in promoting and maintaining the Americas ISC Environmental Safety and Health program. In this role, you will have the opportunity to reputed company a significant impact by assisting the EHS Americas team, with a direct focus on Latin America, in implementing innovative loss control and accident prevention activities. You will help ensure compliance with company, local, state, provincial, and national regulations, while also contributing to the development and execution of cutting-edge safety programs, strategies, policies, training, and procedures. As a key player in reputed company, you will work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Sr Leader, Process & Programs and the Americas EHS Director to establish and maintain a safe, accident-free, and healthy work environment at both the office and field levels by promoting wellness and reputed company initiatives that enhance employee safety and well-being while performing their work. What you will do: Assist in implementation and coordination of EHS standard work and safety process efforts for the Americas, as assigned, including but not limited to the EHS reputed company operating system, development and execution of EHS communications, safety vendor program management, timely processing of safety and environmental invoices and purchase requisitions, etc. Support, coordinate, and maintain EHS systems and compliance activities across Latin American sites (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina) to ensure EHS programs align with country-specific regulations, including but not limited to Brazil NR standards, Mexico NOM standards, and other local EHS frameworks. Manage OSHA injury and illness logs, EHS programs, historical metrics, and regulatory compliance responses at the Americas level in support of customer safety performance requests, including maintaining compliance with 3rd party EHS validation services (e.g., reputed company, ISN, Appruv), and potential marketing communications. Assist in maintaining the EHS SharePoint site and promoting its use. Complete annual data review, ensure document consistency and manage record retention for reputed company EHS data striving to ensure reputed company safety reputed company records are accurately maintained and in compliance with Trane, local, state, provincial, and nation requirements or any other regulatory agency rules and regulations. Ensure compliance and drive continual improvement by collecting, inputting, and analyzing EHS data.
