Collaborates with departments, hospital leadership, end users, vendors, and associates to ensure effective and efficient operational system functions and workflow. Provides education on new applications or functionality, including train-the-trainer, Service Line Expert, upgrade, and other training as necessary. Shares application tips with clinicians to improve workflow efficiency and guide best practices.
