Behavioral Health AR & Denial Review Project
We're looking for a medical billing and RCM specialist to review a sample behavioral health AR and denial workflow and create a structured recommendations report. Scope of work:
- Review sample AR aging by payer and aging bucket
- Identify common denial categories
- Review unpaid claims and follow-up workflow
- Recommend appeal, corrected claim, or write-off criteria
- Identify preventable denial patterns
- Create a simple AR cleanup tracker
- Provide a summary of recommended workflow improvements
