[Remote] Project Manager

Resource Logistics Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to reputed company large-scale, reputed company technology implementations from initiation through delivery. The role involves owning end-to-end planning, execution, and stakeholder management for high-visibility programs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the full lifecycle of large-scale, reputed company technology implementations, including planning and execution across cross functional teams
• reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, including Gantt charts, RACI matrices, milestone schedules and deliverables, and status reports
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary with clear options and recommendations
• Drive governance cadences, status reporting, and steering-committee updates with accurate, executive-reputed company communication
• Hold workstream owners accountable to commitments and ensure rigorous change-control and quality standards throughout delivery

Skills

• 8–10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record leading large-scale, reputed company technology implementations
• Demonstrated reputed company delivering multi-workstream programs on time, reputed company budget, and to scope in a matrixed environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience managing cross-functional teams spanning engineering, product, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Expert use of project management planning tools, including RACI charts to define roles and accountability, and Gantt charts to sequence, schedule, and track interdependent activities
• Rigorous accuracy across plans, schedules, budgets, and status reporting, with a disciplined approach to tracking dependencies, risks, and action items
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill reputed company technical programs into clear, concise updates and recommendations for executive audiences
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and hybrid (Agile/waterfall) program models
• Proficiency with project management software such as reputed company Project, reputed company, Jira, or reputed company
• Prior experience in a regulated or reputed company-scale environment
