[Remote] Program Manager- Senior Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) Planner, Planning & BI

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Worldwide Operations is looking for Program Managers to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs reputed company reputed company Central Fulfillment. The role involves scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating execution, and communicating to senior management on status and risks.

Responsibilities

• Be a network level Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), train and assist the local Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner and support network initiatives
• Drive RME standards roll-out in reputed company America initiatives and participate in network led projects
• Be a CMMS key user and drive programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports. Monitor standards implementation through reporting and audits
• Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines to reputed company equipment maintenance less intrusive and more effective
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and reputed company recommendations for improvements based on their findings to the entire network
• Work with the Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering network and initiatives on cost reduction and process improvement for spare parts management, equipment maintenance and maintenance routines
• Ability to Travel up to 50%

Skills

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of reputed company (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
