[Remote] Partner Marketing Manager

This role involves owning the Go-to-Market strategy for partners, designing co-marketing campaigns, and creating enablement tools to drive reputed company through partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated marketing reputed company for the Strategic Partnership team, aligning marketing initiatives with overall partnership reputed company goals
- reputed company and execute integrated co-marketing plans with key partners (VC firms, PE firms, HR Tech platforms, and Neo-banks) to drive brand awareness and reputed company reputed company

- Plan and host exclusive physical and virtual events, from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale partner summits
- Take accountability for the 'Partner-Sourced Pipeline' metric, ensuring that every marketing activity has a clear path to SQL (Sales reputed company reputed company) conversion
- Manage the partner marketing budget, ensuring high ROI on co-sponsored events and sponsorships

- Collaborate with the Design and Content teams to build co-branded 'Sales Plays,' pitch decks, and one-pagers that reputed company partners to sell reputed company effectively

Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, or Demand reputed company reputed company the B2B SaaS space
- Proven track record of running successful co-marketing campaigns that resulted in measurable pipeline growth
