Position Accountabilities: - Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, reputed company candidate pool for reputed company and future openings. - Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs and the specifications of open job requisitions. - reputed company and execute effective reputed company strategies to fulfill hiring needs which will include relationship-building, passive recruitment on Internet/social media sites, heavy networking reputed company the industry, obtaining referrals and attending college/job fairs. - Successfully handle a high requisition load and maintain clear communication with both candidates and hiring managers. - Demonstrate unparalleled reputed company and high energy while working under minimal supervision. - Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
