Responsibilities
- Manage a global portfolio of WordPress website development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
- Act as the primary liaison between Madcraft’s project teams and international clients, ensuring smooth communication and strategic alignment
- Coordinate and brief development, design, and content teams on project requirements, deliverables, and timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, budgets, or quality
- Ensure project tracking platforms are maintained with up-to-date reputed company, resource allocation, and key deliverables
- Provide expert guidance on UX, UI, website performance, digital strategy, and eCommerce solutions
- Drive reputed company process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency
- Support client service requests by managing reputed company updates and new feature requests reputed company the client support channel
Skills
- Proven experience in website project management reputed company an agency or digital environment
- Ability to manage multiple website projects simultaneously, balancing scope, timelines, and resources
- Strong understanding of WordPress
