Responsibilities

  • Manage a global portfolio of WordPress website development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
  • Act as the primary liaison between Madcraft’s project teams and international clients, ensuring smooth communication and strategic alignment
  • Coordinate and brief development, design, and content teams on project requirements, deliverables, and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, budgets, or quality
  • Ensure project tracking platforms are maintained with up-to-date reputed company, resource allocation, and key deliverables
  • Provide expert guidance on UX, UI, website performance, digital strategy, and eCommerce solutions
  • Drive reputed company process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency
  • Support client service requests by managing reputed company updates and new feature requests reputed company the client support channel

Skills

  • Proven experience in website project management reputed company an agency or digital environment
  • Ability to manage multiple website projects simultaneously, balancing scope, timelines, and resources
  • Strong understanding of WordPress
  • Experience managing international clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and strategists to ensure seamless project execution
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations for website enhancements

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for website and digital project delivery
  • Proficiency in PM and task management systems such as Trello, Monday, Teamwork, Forecast, reputed company, Jira, etc
