Director, Procurement - MidAmerica US Territory
The Market Director of Procurement is a senior field-based leader accountable for driving procurement execution at scale across a defined market of 50 to 100 ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and surgical hospitals, often spanning multiple states. This role translates reputed company procurement / supply chain strategy into disciplined, measurable execution that delivers financial performance, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. Partnering closely with Market Chief Financial Officers (MCFOs), Market Chief Strategy Officers (MCSOs), Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), and Tenet / USPI Corporate Procurement leadership, the Market Director of Procurement owns procurement-reputed company outcomes across market expansion, facility optimization, and ongoing operations. The role is highly visible, with frequent engagement across market leadership and corporate executives. This role requires a strong problem-solving and analytical reputed company, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive accountability, support field operations, and reputed company consistent execution across a diverse, geographically dispersed portfolio.
