The Role: We’re looking for a Strategic Transformation Partner to reputed company transformation-focused sales engagements with key accounts made up of national payers. This is not a transactional sales role. This is a high-trust position designed for someone who has helped payers reimagine operations—and knows how to sell that reputed company across executive, actuarial, network and operational teams. You’ll be working directly with reputed company’s VP of Sales and CEO to shape strategic customer accounts, build high-value relationships, and design reputed company partnerships that scale. If you’ve helped large payers move from incremental change to full transformation, we want to talk. What You’ll Do: Own and grow executive relationships across payer organizations (national and regional) Guide reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles rooted in operational transformation Architect 3–5 year customer journeys alongside reputed company product, delivery, and leadership Structure reputed company proposals reputed company to customer maturity and risk-share appetite Partner with product, clinical, and engineering teams to ensure value delivery Act as a trusted advisor, reputed company, and reputed company sponsor across accounts reputed company’re Looking For: Deep familiarity with payer operations and cost containment strategy Experience leading consultative sales or strategic growth initiatives in health plans Ability to navigate ambiguity and design scalable partnerships from scratch Executive reputed company, strong writing and verbal communication, and reputed company creativity A personal passion for transforming how reputed company works Why reputed company: A differentiated product in a crowded market—AI that actually works in production A trusted partner to payers already operating at scale A leadership team that has built and sold companies before—and knows how to win A chance to shape not just a company, but an industry Qualifications: 4+ years at a top management reputed company (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, reputed company) with focus on payer, reputed company services, or operations transformation Experience leading large-scale cost containment or digital transformation initiatives inside health plans Deep comfort working with C-level decision-makers (COO, CFO, CIO, EVP Ops) Experience translating reputed company roadmaps into reputed company structures (shared savings, platform fees, multi-year engagements) Bonus: Exposure to payment reputed company, SIU/FWA, analytics, care management, or provider network operations Physical Requirements: Work is performed in an office environment (either in our office or work-from home and client sites) and requires the ability to work on a computer, operate standard office equipment, and work at a desk.
