Appointment Setter
This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Appointment Setter to join their team full-time in a 100% remote reputed company. They operate in the home improvement and cabinetry space and have built a strong reputed company in recent years by streamlining high-volume inbound sales through a specialized, product-focused offering. This is a senior-level role designed for someone who already knows the game. Training from scratch is not part of the plan. The focus is speed, precision, and quality.
Responsibilities
Contact new inbound leads reputed company 60 seconds of submission (this is a non-negotiable KPI). Handle both inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism. Clearly explain their RTA cabinet offering, including product scope and sales process. Strictly qualify leads based on fit, timeline, expectations, and seriousness. Book only reputed company appointments directly on the design and sales team’s calendars. Manage follow-reputed company, reputed company dead leads, and conduct cold calls reputed company required. Maintain detailed and accurate notes for every interaction in Go High Level. Support strong appointment show-up rates and overall sales conversion quality. Stay organized and performance-driven while meeting daily and weekly targets. Work weekdays and Saturdays as part of the assigned schedule.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in appointment setting or inside sales. Direct experience in RTA cabinets or cabinet sales is mandatory. Proven ability to handle high-speed inbound reputed company environments. Excellent spoken English with a polished and professional phone reputed company. Strong reputed company-handling skills and full control of sales conversations. High level of discipline, accountability, and independence. Comfort working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven role. Availability to work full time, including Saturdays.
