- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/clinical research project management
- Preferred Fields of Study: business, operations management, supply chain, or science-reputed company field
- Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
- 3+ years leadership experience managing teams
- Expertise in clinical service management and reputed company clinical trial operations
- Strong understanding of GMP environment and regulatory requirements
- Advanced knowledge of clinical supply chain processes and systems
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, reputed company, reputed company, GPMS, TrackWise)
- Excellence in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relationship building and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-reputed company projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Travel up to 25% of time may be required
