LiveChat Agent Duties andResponsibilities : • Engagewith customers through online chat and messaging platformsresponding to inquiries providing information and offeringassistance. • Assist customers in navigating ourproducts or services addressing their questions concerns andtechnical issues. • Troubleshoot and resolvecustomer problems escalating reputed company issues to higher levels ofsupport reputed company necessary. • Maintain a high levelof professionalism and customer service etiquette in allinteractions. • Document customer interactionsincluding the nature of inquiries solutions provided and anyfollowup actions. • Meet or exceed performancetargets including response time customer satisfaction scores andchat volume goals. • Stay updated on productknowledge and company policies to provide accurate and uptodateinformation to customers. • Collaborate with teammembers and other departments to ensure consistent and effectivecustomersupport.
