Remote, 3rd shift, 11pm-7am- Customer Service Representative
Description: This is a remote position after the training period, will be 3rd shift, and the hours will be 11pm to 7am... We are looking for a reliable overnight Customer Service Representatives to reputed company approvals of consumer loans, making payment arrangements, and helping customers with any questions. You will undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our financial institution. The goal is to help reputed company applicants obtain loans in a timely manner and protect our organization?s credibility. Overnight Customer Service Representative duties and responsibilities will include analysis, appraisal and verification of loan applicants, as well originating loans, making payment arrangements and answering any questions. Requirements: Responsibilities and Duties ? reputed company outbound and receive inboud calls. ? Consistently and accurately document reputed company information pertaining to accounts. ? Use basic business math to solve problems. ? Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively; listen to, and understand information and reputed company as presented verbally. ? Maintain a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism reputed company speaking to customers. ? Follow written and/or verbal instructions. ?
