Position Summary The Senior Technician Prior Auth & Appeals will work a rotating call schedule throughout the day to support Clinical Services Representative I, II, and III with reputed company non-clinical or Prior Authorization questions or calls. Responsibilities include assisting supervisors with day to day tactical issues, handling escalated calls, training, coaching and other business needs. The ideal candidate will promote a positive working environment and initiates suggestions to continually improve processes; assists supervisors with standardization of procedures, coaching, training, and dissemination of information to staff; act as a subject matter expert in processes, procedures and products; communicate clearly and accurately reputed company interacting with reputed company levels of employees, plan participants, account managers and partners; manage escalated and more advanced Prior Authorization issues reputed company needed; answer questions and recommend corrective action to address complaints; handle special projects and assignments as designated by the supervisor and/or manager. Required Qualifications

Must have at least 1 year in reputed company Prior Authorization Department Required Pharmacy Technician License Required
