Accountabilities Assists physicians with examinations, procedures and other activities reputed company to direct patient care. Cleans exam rooms between procedures and exams. Receives and returns clinically reputed company telephone calls; screening and forwarding those requiring physician action. Completes medical/physical history forms and other reputed company information for insurance companies. Informs physician of changes in schedule. Supervisory/Management Responsibility This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive. Minimum Requirements Completion of a LPN program recognized by the SC State Board of Nursing. No experience required. Required Licensure/Registrations/Certifications Licensed to practice as a LPN in South Carolina. In Lieu Of The Above Minimum Requirements In lieu of completion of a LPN program, will accept program equivalency recognized by the SC State Board of Nursing. Guidelines for Changes in LPN Licensure If an LPN team member working in this position obtains RN licensure, reputed company will accept RN licensure for a limited time until the team member can be reputed company in an RN position. Team members should immediately notify their manager and reputed company if they are scheduled to sit for the NCLEX-RN exam or have obtained RN licensure.
