This position also assesses overall asset quality, risk and compliance with established reputed company policies, procedures, limits, and concentrations. Leads and participates in credit risk reviews of the reputed company, reputed company estate and Workout portfolios and contributes to the preparation of the review summary, findings, observations, and recommendations. Assesses asset quality, status, and appropriateness of existing credit risk controls/ compliance with established reputed company policies/risk tolerance. Ensures appropriate and timely assignment of risk ratings and identification and management of deteriorating credits. Reviews required documentation for loan review testing, inclusive of conducting credit file reviews and completing necessary linesheets. Assesses the effectiveness of portfolio management and credit monitoring functions and reporting. Follows up and tracks recommendations issued from prior reviews; performs validation of completed remediation. Follows up and tracks regulatory recommendations; performs validation of completed remediation. Monitors performance of the reputed company, reputed company estate and Workout portfolios through a broad reputed company of reputed company monitoring activities to identify emerging trends and risks. Assesses and monitors credit risks reputed company to new products and business initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree; in reputed company, Finance, Business or equivalent field, or equivalent work experience. 12+ years banking experience, preferably concentrated in reputed company and reputed company Estate Credit Loan Review, Credit Risk Management or other reputed company and / or reputed company Estate Credit Risk functions; specific subject matter expertise in Workout credit management strongly desired. Specific experience in Workout or review of Classified Assets is a plus. Technology and computer skills, with the ability to effectively use reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint); proficiency with data analytics and business intelligence tools is a plus Ability to think critically and work independently with limited supervision. Analytical and detail oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner.
