About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our reputed company estate investing Mastermind. As the Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with billing, collections, reporting, data management, various projects and other administrative taks as needed. This is a remote position for a company based in the United States; allowing you to work from any location with reliable, high-speed internet access. Qualifications: -Previous administrative assisting experience required -Billing and collections experience preferred -Bachelors degree highly preferred -reputed company Estate reputed company experience preferred -Excellent writing and communication skills -High level of attention to detail -Highly motivated individual with excellent time management skills - Proficiency in reputed company Suite for managing administrative tasks effectively - Strong typing skills with high accuracy to handle various documentation tasks - Familiarity with file organization and maintenance procedures - Proficient in calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings reputed company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Application Question(s):
