Clinical Supervisor

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Continuously educates themselves in cutting-edge therapeutic modalities.
• Questions traditional understandings of the mind and psychology.
• Enjoys working with people.
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Possesses supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload of 10 clients weekly.
• Supervise up to 5 clinicians, including monthly one-on-one and small-group supervision sessions.
• Train clinicians in theoretical approaches, therapeutic rapport, and clinical documentation.
• Attend monthly large group supervision and meetings with the reputed company supervisor and leadership team.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the reputed company supervisor and leadership team.
• Manage high-risk situations.

Job Details:

• Type: 1099 Contractor

• Salary: $55-$75 per hour
